17. Quotation & Prices
17.1 All quotations of prices (whether written or oral) are valid for a maximum of 30 days and subject to withdrawal by The Company at any time prior to receipt of acceptance from The Customer.
17.2 All descriptions and specifications (including dimensions, weights and particulars) submitted by The Company are deemed to be approximate only, as are the details given in any company catalogue, price list, website and advertising material and do not form part of a contract.
17.3 The Company reserves the right to modify or vary the design, specification or finish of any of our products without prior notice.
17.4 All prices quoted by The Company are subject to availability. If an order has been placed for an item, that price will be honoured unless it is out of stock and new stock due is to arrive is at a higher price.
18. Reseller of Third-Party Goods
18.1 The Company's liability is limited concerning the quality, nature, and condition of goods it resells, which are manufactured by third parties.
18.2 Warranty Responsibility:
18.3 The Company's responsibility is solely to provide the same warranty to the Customer as provided by the manufacturer.
18.4 The Company is not liable for any defect or fault in goods beyond the amount recovered from the supplier.
18.5 The warranty provided by the Company is the only warranty given, and all other conditions or warranties are expressly excluded.
18.6 Specific Exclusions from Liability:
18.7 The Company is not liable for shortages in quantity unless notified within 24 hours after receipt of goods.
18.8 Non-delivery claims must be made within 14 days after the scheduled delivery date.
18.9 Damage or loss of goods during transit must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of goods or the scheduled delivery date, whichever is earlier.
18.10 The Company is not liable for defects caused by abnormal storage or use, neglect, or default of the Customer or third parties.
18.11 Claims for other defects must be made within one month of receipt of goods or within three months if defects are not apparent on reasonable inspection.
18.12 Liability Acceptance:
18.13 If liability is accepted by the Company, it will either rectify short or non-delivery, replace damaged or defective goods, or provide credit/refund.
18.14 Aggregate Liability:
18.15 The Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the cost of defective, damaged, or undelivered goods invoiced to the Customer.
18.16 General Exclusions:
18.17 All conditions, warranties, and representations regarding the goods are excluded.
18.18 The Company is not liable for loss, damage, or injury resulting from defects in design, materials, or workmanship, except for death or personal injury resulting from the Company’s negligence.
18.19 The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by the Customer, including loss of anticipated profits, goodwill, business receipts, or expenses resulting from third-party claims.
